International: Priority Envelope to Canada: $11.50; to all other covered areas: $13.50. This is fixed size envelope with 4# weight limit; minimal packaging only. There is no more Economy (surface) rate. AIRMAIL will be quoted by destination and weight upon request. Orders over 3# that cannot ship in Priority Envelope will be quoted.
