Originated by Dr William Fritz, a Virginia county health doctor, this pamphlet was a 1960s bestseller for Planned Parenthood, and widely adopted and adapted by agencies nationwide. It explains intercourse and conception in simple terms with basic drawings of anatomy, and enumerates various methods of birth control to aid in family planning.
